EXCLUSIVE: New Casting Details For Bane and Deathstroke Film.

I can confirm Greg Mottola is no longer attached to DC Studios’ untitled Bane and Deathstroke film. The studio is now searching for a new director. Matthew Orton has already penned the script, and the production is searching for a younger actor, reportedly in his 20s, to play Bane.

The film's production title contains a clue about its story, though I’m not at liberty to share just yet. With few other projects advancing beyond MOT, Bane and Deathstroke currently stands as one of the more developed titles in the DCU pipeline and is most likely to be the next project to enter production.

No date has been set but a potential 2029 or 2030 release is most likely.
